In 1991 Fr. Cahcko Pnathara was appointed there as Fr.Xavier Thottamkara was transferred from here. Fr. Chacko purchased two plots of land in Joshippur. The superiors preffered the plot of land near the national high way at Dhobadiha.

Here Fr.Chacko was instrumental to make the compound wall, open well and servants quarter. In 1993 he laid the foundation for the present C.M House. During his time he was running an organization (VISAD) for the social developmental works in and around the Similipal reserved forest. Through VISAD organization he was conducting village awareness programmes and non-formal education progromme. At Pandupani village three Christian families were there. So he was visiting them now and then.

In 1993 Fr. James Palayoor took charge as Fr. Chacko was transferred from here. Fr. James put all his dffort to complete the construction work of C.M House. On 19th December, 1994 C.M House at Joshipur was inaugurated by then Provincial Rev. Fr. Louis Mittathany C.M and blessed by Bishop Thomas Thiruthalil.C.M. So Fr.James shifted the house from Karanjia to Joshipur. He was the first residing Priest in C. M House Joshipur.

In 1998 Fr. Jolly Malickal C.M took charge when Fr. James was transferred. Fr. Jose Paimpillykunnel C.M took charge of the parish from Fr. Jolly on 21st July,2002. he extended missionary work at different villages which are 25 to 30 KMs away from the centre. Fifteen families embraced the faith due to his hard labour.
